Open for anyone at any stage of studying for the M1 Exam. This training is open to both LAMA members and non-members and will focus on the M1 training material.
This workshop is designed to cover key skills of the manager – Leading, Organizing, and Controlling. The workshop will offer theory and group exercises to deliver the material.
